The Pacific Northwest

The Pacific Northwest is abundant in wildlife.  The land animals that call this area home are grizzly bears, black bears, moose, caribou, white-tailed deer, black-tail deer, mule deer, elk, bison, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, pronghorn, wolves, coyotes, bats, shrews, moles, voles, mice, rats, opossums, groundhogs, beavers, muskrats, crows, ravens, jays, eagles, owls, vultures, and many songbirds.  They live in these habitats, mountains, forests, prairie, or grasslands, marshes,  shrub lands, and tundra.
